Management of Fiscal Regimes and Designs for Optimal Exploitation of Nigerian Oil & Gas Reserves, Investigation of the prospects of the New Petroleum Industry Bill (PIB) on JV/PSC Assets Profitability and the Investigation of the Use of Utility Functions in the Determination of Optimum Working Interest in Risky Ventures/Portfolio analysis of Oil & Gas Assets as well as Adaptability and Utility Functions in the Determination of Optimum Working Interest
• c). Technical teams that co-facilitated the Roll out of LDP and Supervisor Essentials Programs, led Field Human Resources Organization's Performance Planning & Performance Evaluation, managed the implementation of Structured Training Program for O&M personnel and determined appropriate mix of Skills and Competencies to support Field Operations.
• d). Experts who worked on consolidated project economics for select IOCs' portfolio of assets, and performed risk/decision analysis on new and existing Joint Venture (JV) Projects and PSCs. Others have actively participated as Field Superintendent/Engineering Supervision and support for 100,000 b/d Field Production and 60,000 b/d Water Injection Operations and execution of field development plans, and reviewed project implementation and execution of optimum field depletion strategy.
• e). Other distinguished experts in areas of Energy Economics and profit maximization, design, systems and administrative analysis and assets profitability indexing, facilitation of roundtable on sustainable consumption and production, Environmental and Geo-Engineering, Water Injection Operations, field development plans, project implementation and execution of optimum field depletion strategy. Also, advanced Knowledge Application and Software Management, review of Geology of Nigerian Basins and fieldwork and Inland Basin Analysis.
• f). Leadership and supervisory development system, Citizens engagement strategies in project design and implementation, design and effective service delivery and strategic communication support and image management with potent tools deployment in Grievances Redress Mechanisms and paradigm shift in community development.
